• Design project to estimate the cost of construction materials, prepare the BOQ and calculate the cost of the project.
• Review construction process and ensure project standards are applied.
• Make project contracts with employers, prepare documents to coordinate with subcontractors, consultant and government agencies.
• Evaluate the contractor’s material purchase against the project implementation plan.
• Control costs of project and manage materials / tools, manpower and machines.
• Plan construction and follow up the progress.
• Coordinate and supervise with Subcontractor.
• Update status of process and update progress report.
• Records project activities such as project progress.
• Review and report on the progress of work according to the plan assigned.
• Prepare monthly and weekly reports on project progress and schedules
• Control the construction and the period according to the plan.
• Prepare data and document for bidding new project.
• Track and collect expenses for various projects

• Male or Female, age between 28- 45 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Civil engineer or related field and need license.
• Have knowledge of work drafting, costing and estimating BOQ.
• 3-10 years of construction experience, including inspection, project controls, estimating, and/or document management.
• Have Experience in construction projects especially Department of Highways, Department of Rural Roads or Irrigation Department will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge and ability to use Auto CAD, skate up or use other design programs.
• Able to travel and work on projects in other provinces as assignment.
• Experience in government project auction work. Will be an advantage
• Strong organization and communication skill.
